It is used for daily protection against droplets and dust.

Some examples: food processing, cleaning operations, dust prevention in construction, pollen protection, etc.

Advantages: PP/PE is lightweight and can prevent the splashing of larger particles or liquids (such as saliva and dust).

Restriction: Do not expose to organic solvents or strong acids and alkalis (such as paint spray, chemical reagents).

Disposable medical protective equipment

Some examples: Temporary protection during an epidemic and basic medical examinations (in non-high-risk infection environments).

Advantages: It can be disinfected (such as by wiping with alcohol), but long-term contact with chemical disinfectants may cause aging.

Light industrial spraying (non-chemical environment)

Some examples: water-based paint spraying, low-toxicity powder spraying (such as latex paint).

Note: Ensure that the coating does not contain organic solvents (such as acetone, xylene), otherwise PP/PE will swell and be damaged.

Approvals: The system complies with the requirements of PPE Regulation 2016/425 and European Standard EN 12941: 1998+A2:2008 class TH2 P R S L .

The Respiratory System is designed to provide a supply of filtered air via a breathing tube to a dust proof head piece.

The equipment can be used in environment that requires a class TH3 P breathing protection device. It protects against particulate contamination.

Powered filtering device: ● EN 12941:1998 Respiratory protective devices- Powered filtering devices incorporating a helmet or hood- Requirements, testing, marking.

● TH3 P R (SL) classification of the unit. “TH3” defines the level of protection, “P R” indicates the filter type (“P”= Particle filter, “R”= Reusable type of particle filters) and “SL” reflects the filter has been tested against particles of liquid and solid matter.
