Refund policy
1. Overview

At MW Laser, we strive to ensure our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase,we’re here to help.
All returns of MW Laser products must be approved in advance by MW Laser’s sales team. Refunds may be subject to a shipping and restocking fee deducted from the item’s total regular purchase price. Any estimated shipping and restocking fee quoted upon return approval is subject to change after inspection.
Save the original shipping crate and accompanying packing materials, as customers are responsible for the cost of any return shipping materials.
Orders that are canceled by the customer after being shipped out from our warehouses are also subject to this return policy and any shipping or restocking fees, even if delivery is not completed at the time of cancellation.
Apple Air Filtration products sold by MW Laser are subject to the return, refund, and warranty policy conditions stated on the Apple Air Filtration’s official website. www.appleair.com.au
2. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging, and you need to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You need to advise why you wish to cancel your purchase. You need to return it to us at 18 Spark Circuit, Pakenham Victoria 3810 at your expense. You must call us first on 0401 848 923 before you return your item.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will advise you and we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).You will receive the credit within 7 days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
Sale items (if applicable)
Items bought on sale with discount codes or promotional coupons will be refunded for the purchase amount.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or arrive severely damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at sales@mwlaser.com.au and send your item to: 18 Spark Circuit, Pakenham VIC 3810 Australia.
4. A damaged or faulty item
When you receive your order, inspect the packaging for any signs of damage. Notification of a damaged or faulty item on delivery must be reported within 48 hours of your delivery. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, we will endeavour to send a replacement as soon as possible (usually the next working day). Photographic proof may be required for the damaged item(s) so we can claim insurance from the carrier. We will require you to label and make available for collection faulty item(s).
5. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be refunded, as you are responsible for that cost. The original shipping cost, if any, will not be refunded.
